ToPaS Explained
ToPaS – was devised to provide a ‘no expense-no catch’ legal scheme to support Service and civilian staff in the UK, who are able to contact the ToPaS solicitors direct and obtain free immediate advice and assistance to pursue a claim.
The scheme can be used by anyone within the MoD in the event of them being injured in the course of their employment by someone else.
Any accident, where injury occurs whilst on duty e.g. road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping, assaults etc., are covered by the scheme.
The ToPaS scheme has helped many hundreds of Service personnel and MoD employees since its inception.
Personnel receive 100% of any compensation recovered, with no legal expenses incurred at any stage during your claim, as individuals are fully protected from all legal costs.
