On Duty Accidents

ToPaS is an official MoD personal injury scheme. It provides a free, No expense, No catch accident compensation legal service to all Service personnel and MoD employees nationwide that have been injured whilst on duty by a negligent third party (someone other than the MoD). All types of accidents are covered including: Road Traffic Accidents, Slips, Trips, Falls and Assaults. Please note: you can not use this scheme to claim against the MoD.
Off Duty Accidents
The Family Accident Scheme (FAS). FAS is your free off duty personal injury scheme. FAS is available to you and your Family, Friends, Relatives and Dependants, it also extends to Ex-Service personnel and their families. It is used to claim compensation for injuries coursed by someone other than yourself when you are off duty.
